I saw (and actually used) some of these vehicles during my year-long voluntary service in Uganda. And here in Ghana you’ll find them being used as tow trucks in the cities, or as multi-purpose vehicles — carrying people, animals, goods, etc — in the rural communities (especially in the northern regions).
